Due to upcoming changes in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the online booking system has made some security improvements in the way passwords are handled within the software. Passwords are now case sensitive so if your password is not recognised when you login try to match the uppercase/lowercase combination of how the password was set, either by the club or when you last changed your password.
